Dantherm controller and two Danfoss VLT inverter drives needing complete replacement due to product obsolescence, despite giving many years of service they were proving to be both unreliable and not very energy efficient.

Complete system replaced and re-commissioned over a 4-day period where two identical systems were provided with new control panels, Niagara controls, SystemView touchscreen, new sensors and associated wiring.

Systems now managed over the local and remote network via smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC. 

Facilities provided email alarms, trend logging, simple user-friendly graphics, full audit history, secure user access and energy-efficient control.
